15 Methods to Master Your Time
Shared from Justin Mecham on LinkedIn

The picture in words
A grid of 15 panels, each summing up one time-management method; most credit the method’s originator.
They are the Pomodoro Technique (25-minute work spells with breaks), the Eisenhower Matrix (do, decide, delegate or delete, by urgency and importance), the ABCDE Method, the 3-3-3 Method (three hours of deep work, three shorter tasks and three maintenance tasks), the 2 Minute Rule, the 80/20 Method and Eat the Frog (hardest task first).
Then come Getting Things Done, a Kanban Board, Task Batching, Warren Buffett’s 5/25 Rule (focus on the top five of 25 tasks and ignore the rest), the MSCW Method (must, should, could, won’t have), a sample Time Blocking day, the 1-3-5 Method and the Pickle Jar Method.
More projects ≠ productivity.
Focused time and projects = productivity.
Clear time-saving methods = productivity.
Give the methods listed in my graphic a try.
By doing this you'll discover that:
You don't need to be in every meeting.
- You need to attend the ones that truly matter.
You don't need to have multiple open projects.
- You need to select the more meaningful projects.
You don't need to reply to every email instantly.
- You need to prioritize and schedule time for emails.
You don't need to solve every problem by yourself.
- You need to ask for help and delegate better.
You don't need to be working 24/7.
- You need to take breaks and rest well.
Master your time, do more, and stress less.
Regain control of your life.
