First of all, Allah Almighty has made you a teacher. This is a very great blessing. So begin by changing your intention.
If the intention was only employment, take it further. We did not become teachers merely for a job. The responsibility of building the Ummah rests upon us. Allah has given the believers a purpose. We are living human beings; worship exists, but what is the true concept of worship in Islam?
Allah has made us His Khalifah — His vicegerent on earth — and He has made this Ummah the Imam, the leader of humanity. Who will prepare them for that leadership?
